Postage available 24/7
Post what you need, when you need. Having an FP franking machine lets you frank mail at any time of day, and new credit can be uploaded at any time – so you never ‘run out of stamps’. This reduces mailing deadlines and improves productivity.
No more over-spending

Monitor different accounts
Set up multiple accounts for different members of your team and you can easily track and monitor mailing spend, send out volume, etc. across different parts of the business
Print custom messages and company logos onto every letter
Colour touch screen menu for selection with just one button for operation makes for easy use. Plus Wifi and LAN connectivity means you can integrate computers and smartphones with the network for streamlined working.
FP work closely with Royal Mail to ensure the maximum possible benefits for their customers. By using Mailmark– the square bar code that your franking machine can print on envelopes- letters are not only significantly cheaper but they can also be tracked online. Reports provide you with an overview of what is happening to your post so you can calculate, for example, how long it takes recipients to respond.
FP Mailing Franking Machines - Low Volume
The Postbase Mini is an entry-level machine for companies spending under £500 per month, sending only a few letters a day. For growing businesses, franked post adds a professional touch. The machine is compact and elegant, with a 3.5” colour touch screen and 2kg scale that comes in five different colours. Rate tables come pre-loaded, but they are easy to update via WiFi and LAN connections to computers and smartphones. The Postbase Mini can monitor up to ten different accounts or departments, and data can be exported in spreadsheets. The print resolution of 300Dpi means that message printing and franking marks are crisp. Short cut functions save time on the most common operations. The Postbase Mini is a small but powerful tool, capable of processing 24 letters per minute.
The Postbase Qi3 is a step up with a processing capacity of 30 letters per minute – that’s 1800 letters per hour. It is compatible with Navigator Plus, handling accounts for up to 50 departments and via your local area network (LAN) or 3G connectivity, no analogue line is necessary. Remote control is standard, and the networked machine can re-credit unused postage to different departments. The number of possible advertising messages is expanded to 20. FP Mailing Franking Machines - High Volume
The Postbase ONE is arguably the most highly regarded of franking machines and is entirely focused on making large volume mail processing as simple as pressing a button. It comes with all the standard Postbase features, but there are some major differences. The Postbase ONE can process 100 pieces per minute with dynamic weighing up to 7kg, and that boosts to 150 for uniform letters: 9000 per hour. The dynamic weighing feature is standard, but an optional extra dynamic weighing system means that no pre-sorting is required, even when some letters are 20mm thick. The print system on the Postbase ONE is inkjet, making the advertising logos – up to 50 of them – crystal clear. It’s also possible to personalise advertising messages, uploading and adapting images to suit your brand. The ONE has a self-adhesive label dispenser and letter catcher. For very high volumes an envelope stacker, letter feeder, letter sealer, and large capacity letter stacker will fully automate the entire mailing process.
There are various software options for making the most of the Postbase ONE. Navigator Basic software comes as standard, with the Navigator Plus handling cost account management, and MailReport One allowing further analytics and true accounting of your postage spend. Navigator software has its own password protection, but PIN security is also available. The ONE can handle 200 different departments, and this can be extended to 500 where necessary.
Royal Mail can be fussy when it comes to letter sizes. FP franking machines can easily deal with that and the company will also supply a full range of Royal Mail approved envelopes, and other franking accessories, such as ink. However there is one last item that any business dealing with high volumes of post simply can’t be without.
